The Drupal Association is committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive DrupalCon as a step toward addressing the diversity disparity within Drupal and beyond.  All data will be kept confidential and only reported in aggregate. 

The next question lists several groups and identities which have been historically excluded in open source and technology and asks attendees to note those with which they align. We don't believe this list to be exhaustive nor that the complexities of identity can be categorized easily. We acknowledge that in our efforts to include, we are certain to inadvertently exclude. Feedback is welcome.
